Spectators are more than welcome to follow you from the ground as you progress through the activities. There is no charge for spectators.

What should I wear ?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing suited to exercise in the outdoors. Closed in shoes (e.g. trainers) are required, no open toe footwear including sandals, sliders or crocs are NOT allowed. We do not recommend wearing short shorts or having an exposed midriff as this can be uncomfortable when wearing a harness. Hair shoulder length or longer must be tied up to minimise the risk of it becoming caught and so that a helmet can be worn comfortably.  A helmet must also be able to be fitted over any headwear.
