Below are the Terms & Conditions of Woldingham Adventure at Woldingham School.
Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Woldingham Adventure. All members of the group should be made aware of, and accept, these Terms and Conditions. Woldingham Adventure reserve the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point.
- Any persons using Woldingham Adventure must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian.
- Activities involving Woldingham Adventure are not without risk and misuse may result in serious injury or even death. All participants must take part in our safety briefing and review all rules prior to their participation and on every subsequent visit.
- Pregnant women may not take part due to the risks.
- Anyone using the facilities agrees to follow all safety rules and follow the directions given by the course leader. Failure to do so may result in an individual/group being asked to leave.
- Our courses are subject to a height, weight, and age restrictions. Participants that do not fall within these restrictions will not be allowed to use Woldingham Adventure, this is for your safety
- We ask that all participants to wear appropriate clothing during their visit and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any individuals who is not dressed appropriately.
- Participants are requested to remove all loose jewellery, prior to taking part pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their session.
- Mobile phones and cameras should be attached to the participant. We do not accept any liability for lost or damage to personal items. Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos.
- Anyone found causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings within Woldingham Adventure will be asked to leave and may be asked to pay to have the damage corrected.
- Woldingham Adventure accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while visiting the site. Vehicles parked within our car park are parked at the owner’s risk and Woldingham Adventure take no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused.
- Woldingham Adventure reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups if we believe that allowing admission will cause damage, harm, or distress to people already within the site or the sites facilities. The Course Leaders decision is final in these cases.
- Please respect our beautiful environment and dispose of rubbish in a designated bin.
- All participants must wear a harness, helmet, have long hair tied up and wear enclosed shoes.
- Smoking is prohibited onsite
· Children aged 8 to 10 years old must always have a participating adult with them
- Only one person at a time on each activity.
- Maximum 3 people on a platform at a time.
- No one is permitted to climb whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- All patrons enter Woldingham Adventure at their own risk
- All participants are requested to arrive in good time for their session. Participants arriving after the start of the session time will not be able to take part. Latecomers will not be permitted to Woldingham Adventure and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
- All bookings to be booked via the Woldingham Adventure website.
- Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.
- All Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Woldingham Adventure does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
- You shall be entitled to cancel your booking subject to Woldingham Adventure receiving your request for cancellation at least 48 hours before the booked start time. Any requests for cancellation must be made by Woldinghamadventure@woldinghamschool.co.uk. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause.
- Woldingham Adventure shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that Woldingham Adventure decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable.
- Refund payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Any amendments to a party or group booking must be made 7 days prior to the date of the booking
- No refunds will be made for participants no longer wishing to participate upon arrival.
